|Volunteer Event at Flagstaff Hill
This event is rain or shine so please dress accordingly, we ask that you wear clothes than can get dirty as well as long pants and closed toed shoes. This site is a mixture of shade and sun so please wear or bring sunscreen. We will provide tools, gloves and please bring a refillable water bottle, and I will bring a water jug.
There are not port a johns on site, but restrooms within a few minutes walking distance. The parking is on street paid parking. We will be pulling weeds and spreading mulch. This involves some heavier lifting, and pushing around wheelbarrows, and shoveling mulch

Please note that a photographer may be on-site to capture photos and video from the program. The photos/video captured may be used to help the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy further promote its mission. Please advise the photographer on-site if you DO NOT want your photo/video taken.

Release and Indemnity Note: By attending this event, I agree to release the City of Pittsburgh, The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and their employees (collectively the "CITY" or the "PPC") and agree to indemnify and hold the CITY and PPC, harmless from all claims, damages, or actions of any kind which might result from participation in, or attendance at, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy Events resulting from any of the CITY's or the PPC's acts of omissions whether negligent or otherwise.
