The Western Pennsylvania Mushroom Club meets the third Tuesday of each month (March through November) at the Frick Environmental Center. Each meeting features updates on club activities, a speaker/presentation, a mushroom identification table, and mushroom-related merchandise for sale. This month's meeting is special for two reasons - it takes place a week early and features Britt Bunyard, the editor of Fungi Magazine and author of several mushroom books including "The Lives of Fungi: A Natural History of Our Planet's Decomposers" and "Amanitas of North America". Meetings are free and open to the public.
