PATRICIA ROONEY MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN

The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is celebrating 25 years of improving, maintaining, and caring for Pittsburgh’s parks by creating a collection of immersive and inclusive lighting installations across the city. Known as “Making Your Parks Shine,” these six installations are a visual celebration of some of Pittsburgh’s most beloved park spaces. Each site will be illuminated the evenings of Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2.

As part of our celebration, please join us for a community block party the evening of Friday, October 1 at the Patricia Rooney Memorial Fountain in Allegheny Commons Park. The party will include live music from Ayesha Scott, local bites from Tocayo Food Truck, and family-friendly activities from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. This event is free and open to the public thanks to generous support from PNC and UPMC Health Plan.

Please register below and join us for a dazzling good time!

Event address: Corner of E. North & Cedar Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212 | Time: 6:00 - 9:00 P.M.
