Enjoy the spectacular displays of spring wildflowers found in Frick Park. This leisurely paced 1.5-mile hike will focus on viewing and identifying the many types of wildflowers found in Frick Park, including Virginia bluebell, spring-beauty, trout-lily, and white trillium. This hike/activity is best for adults only (ages 14+). Hike Length: 1.5 miles. Pace: slow. Surface: crushed limestone, paved path. We will begin on South Clayton, turn onto the Woodlands Trail to the Nature Trail to the Falls Ravine Trail. We will return to the Environmental Center via the Falls Ravine Trail. Please note that a photographer may be on-site to capture photos and video from the program. The photos/video captured may be used to help the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy further promote its mission. Please advise the photographer on-site if you DO NOT want your photo/video taken.
