Experience the healing and wellness-promoting effects of shinrin-yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. In this forest bathing walk for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies, join other nature lovers for a mindful walk.
On this 90 minute walk, you will experience a series of guided invitations to slow down, open the senses, and cultivate an embodied relationship between yourself and the natural world. We’ll have an opportunity to share what we’re experiencing. Then we’ll conclude with a cup of tea made from the forest. There’s no right or wrong way to practice Forest Bathing, so come as you are; it’s all welcome in the forest.
