Field Is Required Release and Indemnity: By selecting Yes, I agree to release the City of Pittsburgh, The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and their employees (collectively the "CITY" or the "PPC") and agree to indemnify and hold the CITY and PPC, harmless from all claims, damages, or actions of any kind which might result from participation in, or attendance at, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy Events resulting from any of the CITY's or the PPC's acts of omissions whether negligent or otherwise.

4. Field Is Required Lending Library Member Agreement By registering to be a member of the Frick Environmental Center Lending Library, you agree to the following conditions: Lending Library items are available during regular operating hours and must be returned the same day they were borrowed. Items must be returned to the front desk 30 minutes before the building closes. Keep Lending Library items within the park. They are meant to be taken out onto the trails and enhance your park visit. Do not take Lending Library items home. Treat all lending library items gently and with respect. We understand that accidents happen. If an accident occurs with an item, please notify the front desk attendant when returning an item. If a Lending Library item is damaged or goes missing due to negligence you may be asked to replace that item.
